Job Description Insight Global is seeking 10 highly organized and customer-focused Schedulers to support a large-scale Care Management program for a leading healthcare organization. This team will play a critical role in coordinating member assessments for approximately 80 Care Managers, ensuring timely scheduling, effective resource utilization, and a positive member experience.\nThe Scheduler serves as the primary liaison between members, Care Managers, and operational teams to coordinate assessment appointments, manage scheduling changes, maintain accurate documentation, and support program reporting. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nKey Accountabilities\nSchedule Coordination\nConduct outbound outreach to members to schedule care management assessments and visits.\nCoordinate appointment availability between members and assigned Care Managers.\nManage appointment confirmations, cancellations, reschedules, and follow-up activities.\nEnsure schedules are optimized to maximize Care Manager productivity and resource utilization.\nMonitor scheduling queues and proactively address gaps in coverage or appointment availability.\nResource Management\nSupport scheduling activities for a team of approximately 80 Care Managers.\nBalance workloads across assigned Care Managers based on availability, geography, and business needs.\nEscalate scheduling conflicts, capacity concerns, and coverage issues to leadership as needed.\nPartner with operational teams to maintain efficient scheduling processes and meet program goals.\nMember & Stakeholder Communication\nServe as a primary point of contact for scheduling-related member inquiries.\nEducate members on the purpose and importance of completing their care management assessment.\nProvide professional, compassionate, and customer-focused service during all interactions.\nCollaborate closely with Care Managers, operational leadership, and support teams to ensure a seamless scheduling experience.\nReporting & Documentation\nAccurately document all scheduling activities, member interactions, and appointment outcomes.\nGenerate and review scheduling reports, productivity metrics, and operational tracking documentation – alongside the Project Coordinators\nSupport leadership with reporting related to appointment completion rates, scheduling effectiveness, and workload management Insight Global
