Assists with country-wide corporate benefits and Leave of Absence administration for TMNAS and Tokio Marine Group companies. s:Responsible for technical aspects and administration of the comprehensive health and life insurance plans, statutory benefits, disability benefits and 401K pl anPerforms administration of all forms of leave of absence: STD, LTD, CFRA, FMLA and Worker’s Compensation. Assists with annual enrollment of health plans including all enrollment meetin gsAssists with annual audits for 401K pl anAssist with Medicare part D filings and associated legislative updates. Ensures accuracy and applicable distribution of all plan documents and SPD ’sCoordinate with HRIT department on any feed issues affecting benefit eligibility and payroll deductio nsAssist with administration for corporate wellness program s.
