About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for its Los Angeles chapter. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing visionary leadership and management for the chapter, ensuring the success of program management, budget and fiscal oversight, employee supervision, resource development, fundraising, marketing, and general non-profit business operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining the organization's mission of keeping families close during times of need, and the Executive Director will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Program Board of Trustees to uphold the values and standards of the chapter. The ideal Executive Director will be a leader who places a strong emphasis on people, including families, team members, volunteers, the Board, hospital partners, and the community. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include inspiring trust, building collaboration, and fostering a shared purpose to maximize the organization's impact. The role demands a candidate with a deep commitment to the mission of the chapter, a strategic mindset, and the ability to guide the organization through its next phase of growth and development. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in shaping the future of the chapter, which is one of the largest in North America and has a rich history of providing a home away from home for families in need.
