Elevation Inn & Suites is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team and help create exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

This is a full-time salaried leadership position responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, supervising team members, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring every guest receives friendly, professional service. Pay

• Salary: $40,000 per year

Schedule

This is a full-time management position requiring flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as needed to support hotel operations.

Responsibilities

As Front Desk Manager, you will:

• Oversee the daily operation of the front desk
• Lead, train, coach, and support front desk team members
• Recruit and onboard new front desk associates
• Prepare staff schedules based on business needs
• Assist with breakfast operation oversight and scheduling
• Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality
• Resolve guest concerns and billing issues professionally and efficiently
• Ensure accurate cash handling and front office reporting
• Cover call-outs and provide on-call management support when needed
• Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience required
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable resolving guest concerns with professionalism
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with hotel property management systems is a plus
