The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly connected, entrepreneurial Independent Sales Director to lead our market penetration in Miami and the broader Florida region.

\n

\n

Please note: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role compensated strictly on a highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure. There is no base salary. We do not provide visa sponsorship.

\n

This role is perfectly suited for a well-connected hospitality veteran, a semi-retired hotel executive, or an established independent sales rep looking to add a cutting-edge, high-ticket AI product to their portfolio.

What You Will Do:

\n

\n

\n
• Leverage your existing network in the Florida hospitality sector (GMs, VPs of Operations, Hotel Ownership Groups) to secure introductory meetings and product demos.
\n
• Act as the face of the company in the Miami/Florida market, driving top-of-funnel lead generation for Cognitive X-Series and Cognitive ONE.
\n
• Navigate the hotel decision-making matrix to identify champions and economic buyers.
\n
• Partner closely with our founding team (who bring deep expertise from Google X, NEOM, and Blackstone) to close high-value enterprise deals.

What We Are Looking For:

\n

\n
• The Rolodex: Deep, pre-existing relationships with hotel General Managers, Management Companies, and Ownership groups in Florida (Miami, Palm Beach, Orlando, etc.).
\n
• The Hustle: A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, entrepreneurial environment.
\n
• The Background: 5+ years of experience in Hospitality, Hotel Tech Sales, or Premium B2B Enterprise Sales.
\n
• Legal: Must have current, unrestricted authorization to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
