Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that identify the mental health needs of students, utilizing established best practices to guide the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), specifically adapted to meet each student's needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the protection of patient confidentiality and the integrity of care delivered.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals, contributing your insights to a multidisciplinary team that supports students’ overall educational experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, preferably in a school or educational setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic assessments and the formulation of evidence-based treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
