About the Role
The Company is in search of an SVP of Property Management and Operations to play a pivotal role in the development, standardization, and expansion of its property management platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a scalable operating infrastructure, creating standard operating procedures, and driving revenue optimization and portfolio performance. This senior leadership position also involves leading and developing regional and site-level teams, enhancing reporting systems, and ensuring operational accountability. The SVP will work closely with the CEO, as well as with the asset management and acquisitions teams, to achieve operational performance, NOI growth, and organizational scalability across a multi-market portfolio. Applicants for the SVP role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in multifamily property management, with a proven track record in scaling institutional-quality operating platforms. The role requires a candidate with strong financial and operational acumen, capable of blending entrepreneurial execution with organizational leadership. Key responsibilities include partnering on capital projects, lease-ups, and business plan execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a dynamic leader who can drive the company's property management and operations to new heights.
