Speech Language Pathologist - Full-time

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to support students with communication disorders that impact academic performance, social interaction, and functional participation in the school environment. The SLP works collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive high-quality, evidence-based interventions aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). We have positions available working with students from preschool through high school. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to support students with communication disorders that impact academic performance, social interaction, and functional participation in the school environment. The SLP works collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive high-quality, evidence-based interventions aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). We have positions available working with students from preschool through high school. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication evaluations. Administer and interpret standardized and non-standardized assessments. Prepare clear, timely evaluation reports that follow district and state guidelines. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals. Provide direct and indirect services in a variety of settings (classroom push-in, pull-out, small group, individual). Write and develop IEPs, including present levels, goals, accommodations, and service recommendations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements. Attend and collaborate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions. Complete all required Medicaid documentation, including service logs and session notes, in accordance with district, state, and federal Medicaid billing regulations. Qualifications Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Must be able to be licensed in the state of Indiana #J-18808-Ljbffr
