Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general inquiries, and document daily observations, incidents, and/or policy‑related concerns in a clear and timely manner. Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and addressing security‑related matters with professionalism and courtesy. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years or older for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
