As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, helping to identify and report security‑related concerns while maintaining a visible presence. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, unusual conditions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production‑adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or security‑related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations. Support facility operations by preparing clear incident reports, maintaining awareness of changing site conditions, and following Allied Universal standards along with client‑directed procedures. Minimum Requirements CPR certification is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
