Unarmed Security Officer - Healthcare

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alerted to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.

Requirements:

• One Year of Security Experience is required.
• Must have an Active NYS Guard Card.
• Must successfully complete a background check and additional hospital hiring requirements.
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have good communications skills
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods

Hourly Wage: $24.00/h (weekly pay)

Shifts:

Temporary coverage: 4pm - 12am: Friday-Tuesday

Weekend Availability is a must!
