Position Details Position Title: Part-Time American Sign Language Instructor (Applicant Pool) Position Type: Part-Time Faculty Department: Business College: Perimeter College Campus: Clarkston Position Description Perimeter College is seeking part-time instructors in American Sign Language to educate and support students. Responsibilities Teach American Sign Language courses at the collegiate level. Use a variety of teaching methods to engage a diverse student population. Conduct classroom instruction, experiential and self‑directed learning activities. Facilitate student learning and build understanding of ASL comprehension. Required Qualifications Minimum of a master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline. Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology. Preferred Qualifications Teaching experience. Salary and Work Hours Salary: $2,100.00 for each 3 semester credit hour course taught. Work Hours: Classes offered morning, afternoon and evening including weekends.
