Telephone Operator

Title: Telephone Operator Location: 550 1st Ave NY 10016- 5x a week onsite Duration: 12 month contract (extensions) Rate: $22-$24 Interview Process: 2 virtual rounds Schedule: Rotating shifts based on organizational need: Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Thursday-Friday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Saturday-Sunday: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM This role may also require working holidays.- 35 hour work week Job Description Insight Global Health is seeking a Telephone Operator for a large healthcare organization in New York City. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers calling the main phone line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Telephone Operator team is often the first point of contact for patients and family members, making service excellence essential. Operators are expected to create a positive experience by answering all calls with a "voice with a smile."
