Electrolux is seeking analysts for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst that will work with both Finance and Sales Units through the analysis of the business performance, financial results, pricing, and costs of various product.The analyst plays a critical role that supports and influences the achievement of Electrolux profitability ambitions. The main responsibilities include actual performance reporting, dashboarding and reporting automation, trade spend management, P&L deep dives and financial planning.The ideal analyst is data-driven, financially skilled, and analytically sharp, with a strong ability to solve problems and collaborate effectively. They excel at turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for the business, ensuring decisions are aligned with strategic goals and easily understood by non-financial stakeholdersWhat you'll do:Prepare and oversee the development of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring insights support strategic Sales management decisions.Automate, standardize, and continuously improve reporting and analytics capabilities to enhance efficiency and consistency.Develop and maintain dashboards and business intelligence tools to monitor and improve commercial and sales performance.Analyze P&L and customer-level data to drive profitable growth and improve productivity.Evaluate financial outcomes of commercial actions, ensuring alignment with forecasts and identifying performance gaps.Partner with Sales and Pricing teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and identify process improvement opportunities.Collaborate with Pricing teams on go-to-market strategies and G2N optimizationSupport monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning processes.Work cross-functionally to define and refine KPIs and influence data-driven decision-making.Deliver high-impact ad hoc financial analyses to support leadership on strategic initiatives and key business decisions.Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with internal controls, governance, and company policies.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business and/or related field5+ years of finance and/or related experienceExperience in financial modeling and planning, business analysis, financial reporting or similar data-driven functionQualifications:Advanced financial modeling skills in ExcelProficiency in creating clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations, translating complex financial data into easily understandable insights for non-financial stakeholdersStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skillsSolid understanding of financial concepts and accountingExperience with planning and business intelligence applications such as SAP, PowerBI, PowerQuery, or Tableau.Strong documentation skillsYou communicate clearly both verbally and in writingYou possess unquestionable ethics and integrityBenefits highlights:Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and servicesFamily-friendly benefitsInsurance policy planExtensive learning opportunities and flexible career pathPlease be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
