Position Overview Global Financial Firm located in Tampa, FL has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master. Work Mode Hybrid. Pay Rate $50–$60 per hour. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Expert-level understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team. Extensive, hands‑on knowledge and experience with Jira for Agile project management. Proven experience in coaching teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
