Landscape Crew Leader

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading a crew in various landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, pruning, and maintaining Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all projects Coordinate with clients and project managers to meet deadlines and exceed expectations Provide training and guidance to crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Previous experience in landscaping or related field Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape design principles.
