RESPONSIBILITIES:

Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences. Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; be able to recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders. Assist with assembly of food and condiments, following Outback standards. Check orders for accuracy and review with guests prior to handoff. Be a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service. Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during your shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing duties. For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
