Whether you're building a team or advancing your career, we bring speed, strategy, and a people-first approach to every partnership.Position OverviewThe Senior Recruiter will play a foundational role in building and growing The Planet Group's Accounting & Finance practice in the Atlanta market. Partnering closely with business development, this individual will be responsible for developing and managing talent pipelines, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and helping clients solve critical hiring challenges.This is an opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter who enjoys building relationships, identifying talent, and contributing to the growth within a new market. We are looking for a recruiter who combines strong production capabilities with emerging leadership potential. This individual will begin as a highly visible individual contributor and will have the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibilities as the practice grows.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source, engage, and recruit qualified talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreachBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines across key Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources skill setsDevelop long-term relationships with active and passive candidates and serve as a trusted career advisor throughout the hiring processManage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, candidate qualification, interviewPartner closely with Business Development to understand client hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategiesMaintain a high-volume recruiting desk while delivering exceptional candidate and client experiencesTrack recruiting performance metrics including candidate outreach, submittals, interviews, placements, and pipeline healthStay informed on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring activity within the Accounting & Finance spaceUtilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate interactions, manage talent pipelines, and maintain accurate recordsShare recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and market intelligence with teammates and contribute to the development of future recruitersExperience and QualificationsBachelor's Degree4+ years of agency staffing experienceAccounting & Finance recruiting experience preferredProven success managing full-cycle recruiting responsibilities within a staffing environmentExperience supporting high-volume recruiting activity and managing multiple concurrent requisitionsDemonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidatesStrong understanding of candidate pipeline development and relationship managementExcellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsStrong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentDemonstrated ability to mentor, train, or support other recruiters is highly preferredATS experience, ideally with BullhornCompensation and Benefits:Unlimited PTOMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchLife insurance, short-term & long-term disability, and other supplemental benefitsA collaborative, growth-oriented culture with ongoing learning and development opportunitiesBase Salary: $60,000-$70,000 and uncapped commission structure*The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success.
