The Imaging Lab Technician is an essential part of Client's Digital Engineering - CT & Imaging team and will have the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of Client's next-generation medical products and enhance the current product portfolio. Under the general direction of the CT & Imaging team's management, the Imaging Lab Technician will operate an industrial computed tomography (CT) scanner, along with other complementary imaging tools. The technician will also perform basic post-processing of the data. We are excited to add a highly motivated individual who can adapt quickly and work within a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES Imaging & Analysis
- Assist with the operation of an industrial computed tomography (CT) scanner and complementary imaging technologies in support of medical product development.
- Develop proficiency in imaging systems, acquisition techniques, and analysis methods used to support Client's product portfolio.
- Potential for basic post-processing of imaging data acquired from CT and other imaging systems using Volume Graphics, Geomagic, Mimics, and/or equivalent software platforms.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team processes, laboratory operations, and overall team effectiveness.
- Perform work in accordance with work instructions, Client safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Support additional laboratory and project activities as assigned.
- Associate's degree in science or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
- Experience operating precision imaging equipment, industrial machinery, or laboratory equipment.
- Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, or prototype development environment.
- Experience with problem-solving.
- Experience with CAD software and/or digital model review tools.
- Technical education, certifications, or equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to imaging, manufacturing, engineering, or laboratory operations.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning, problem solving, and task completion.

- Safe use of precision hand tools and light fabrication equipment to create, modify, and assemble custom fixtures for scans. Examples include X-Acto knives, utility knives, precision blades, small electric drills, rotary tools (e.g., Dremel), and measuring tools such as calipers.
- Responds effectively to changing priorities and customer needs.
- Adapts to evolving project requirements and shifting workloads.
- Supports rapid turnaround timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
