Responsibilities
Your Role:
• Build genuine relationships with clients and provide top-notch support on their insurance needs.
• Help clients navigate insurance options and discover additional coverage opportunities.
• Use your creativity to engage clients and renew policies while asking for referrals.
• Call ALL of the leads we provide and ask for more.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven track record in insurance sales
• Be prepared to discuss your numbers, such as calls per day and closing ratio.
• Active General Lines Property and Casualty license in Texas.
• Willing to obtain the Life and Health (already having this is preferred)
• Self-motivated professionals with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and competitive mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance culture.
