We combine medical care, medications, Registered Dietitian support, tracking tools, and support in a fully online experience. Measured is a lean, entrepreneurial company at an important stage of its growth. We’re looking for a General Manager to lead the business through its next chapter of growth. The Role As GM, you will own Measured's performance and direction. You'll set the strategy, translate it into clear priorities, and lead the team in executing against them. This is a broad operating role. You'll work across the business –from owning the P&L and shaping the product roadmap to managing key partners and identifying opportunities to improve growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a high-agency, analytical, commercially minded operator who is comfortable with ambiguity, makes sound decisions with incomplete information, and isn't afraid to get into the details when needed. What You'll Do Own strategy and business performance. Define Measured's strategy, goals, and roadmap, and translate them into clear priorities. Own the P&L, forecasting, and operating metrics, with a focus on growth, retention, unit economics, cash flow, and profitability. Co-lead clinical and pharmacy operations. Oversee Measured's provider network in partnership with our Medical Director. Launch and scale new medications and treatment programs while maintaining a high standard of patient care and navigating the complexities of healthcare operations and regulation. Own product and technology. Translate business, patient, and operational needs into product priorities. Partner with Product and Engineering to build technology that improves the patient experience and creates leverage across the business. Drive growth and performance. Partner with our Head of Growth Marketing to set goals and oversee acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization. Use data and experimentation to identify and pursue the highest-leverage opportunities across channels, pricing, partnerships, and new products. Lead and scale the organization. Manage the team, establish clear goals and accountability, and build the organization needed to execute the strategy. Partner closely with Clinical, Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Patient Experience to solve complex problems and move the business forward. What We're Looking For Exceptional operator with high agency. You've owned meaningful business outcomes, ideally including a P&L. You see a problem and figure out how to solve it without waiting for a perfect playbook, and you get into the details when the situation calls for it. Strong financial acumen. You understand P&L, unit economics, and the drivers of growth and profitability, and can build and defend a model yourself. Product minded. You understand how product, pricing, acquisition, conversion, and retention work together to drive a business. Analytical and decisive. You use data to inform decisions while exercising sound judgment when the answer isn't obvious. Strong communicator and leader. You can align and motivate a team while working effectively with executives, clinicians, investors, partners, and external advisors. Comfortable with complexity. You've operated in a fast-moving, highly regulated, or otherwise complex environment and have a track record of taking ambiguous problems from "someone should fix this" to "it's fixed." Experience We're less interested in a specific career path than in demonstrated ability to run and improve a complex business. Strong candidates may come from a startup, healthcare, consumer technology, consulting, investing, operations, or another high-growth environment. You should have: Experience owning meaningful business outcomes, ideally including P&L responsibility. Experience operating cross-functionally across multiple disciplines. Experience managing senior stakeholders and external partners. Experience working in a fast-moving, highly regulated, or otherwise complex environment. A track record of taking ambiguous problems from "someone should fix this" to "it's fixed." Compensation & Structure For a full-time role, cash compensation is expected to be $150,000–$200,000 annually, depending on experience and scope, plus equity, healthcare benefits, and unlimited PTO. We're intentionally flexible about how we structure the role and are open to full-time or part-time, as well as direct hire or contract-to-hire. Part-time compensation will be adjusted based on scope and time commitment. We're focused on finding the right person and creating a structure that works well for both sides.
