Known for its commitment to excellence, sustainability, and community impact, it provides employees the chance to be part of meaningful work while providing professional growth.Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:Support payroll system implementation (Oracle HCM preferred)Partner with Payroll, HR, and IT teamsAssist with system setup, testing, and parallel payroll runsEnsure payroll accuracy and complianceReview payroll data and improve processesCreate reports and support auditsProvide ongoing payroll support after go-liveQualifications of the Payroll Specialist:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field5-10+ years of payroll or related experienceOracle HCM Payroll experience is a plusExperience with UKG or Lawson is a plusStrong knowledge of payroll compliance and taxesAdvanced Excel skills; SQL is a plus
