Accounting Administrator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join their team. As an Accounting Administrator, you will be an essential part of the finance department supporting various accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Accounting Administrator

Location: Hanover, PA

What's the Job?

• Manage accounts payable tasks, including paying and printing bills

• Process credit transactions and perform bank reconciliations

• Handle shipping and invoicing, including UPS label printing

• Assist with month-end closing activities and journal entries

• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and perform some HR-related tasks

What's Needed?

• Ability to think quickly and switch gears easily in a multi-functional role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Strong typing skills
