Entry-Level Assembler I

Milford, MA

What You'll Do

Assemble and package electro-mechanical and optical components using detailed work instructions
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Support daily production goals in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment
Help identify and resolve assembly or production issues
Assist with updating manufacturing documentation and procedures
Work closely with team members to improve processes and efficiency
Perform additional production-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated candidates
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
