Assistant Property Manager

Assist in the day-to-day management of assigned properties (rent-stabilized, condo, or co-op) Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and superintendents Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with lease administration, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs Maintain positive tenant relations and high occupancy levels Support rent collection efforts and follow up on arrears Assist in preparing and managing property budgets Ensure compliance with NYC housing regulations (HPD requirements, DOB violations) Assist in preparing documentation for housing court cases and legal proceedings Track and follow up on violations, inspections, and permits Maintain organized and accurate property records #J-18808-Ljbffr
