Overview Our client, a luxury NYC-based real estate firm, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager . This position is based out of their Manhattan office. Job Details Manage lease renewals and new negotiations/closings Assist with marketing efforts Oversee apartment turnover process Prepare occupancy reports and similar Resolve resident relations issues Manage rent collection and arrears Handle confidential information with utmost discretion Salary: $80-95k annually, based on experience Benefits: Excellent benefits include health insurance and generous PTO!
