GM Equipment Corporation is a rapidly growing full-service equipment rental, sales, parts & service company. We have many locations, including Grand Rapids, MI. As a result of our significant growth, GM Equipment Rentals is in need of 1 full time Rental Coordinator for our Hudsonville, MI location.

Job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

• Work with Location Manager to develop and maintain rental operation standards
• Assist in taking customer telephone orders for deliveries, pickups and service
• Schedule Drivers and organize dispatch of all equipment for the branch
• Arrange for all field repairs
• Answer customer calls and review driver schedules in order to fulfill customer requests
• Ensure customer service levels are held above standards
• Maintaining a consistent message to be delivered by all customer service team members
• Other duties assigned as needed

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass background /drug test.
• 2 + years of industry experience preferred.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, QuickBooks, etc.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment / trucks and parts a plus.
