Candidates should possess:

• Valid Minnesota School Psychologist certification/licensure
• Previous experience developing IEP goals and Positive Behavior Support Plans using Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Strong interpretive skills of state and federal special education statutes and guidelines
• Excellent collaboration and communication ability for effective teamwork

Core responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive psychological services such as evaluation, consultation, and direct student support
• Participating actively in IEP development, PBSPs, and use of FBAs
• Ensuring regulatory compliance in all psychological service delivery
• Collaborating with staff, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Providing support at two sites and covering two concurrent maternity leaves
