Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Check-In/Check-Out: Greet patients, verify their information, and process payments.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars for healthcare providers, schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages between patients and medical staff.
- Record Management: Maintain patient records, ensure confidentiality, and update information as needed.
- Insurance Verification: Confirm patient insurance coverage and assist with claims processing.
Skills Required:
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and office software.
