Born out of a passion for outstanding customer service and a commitment to innovation, Biz Voice Boost was founded with one goal: to provide a call centre experience that's as unique as each of our clients. We saw a need for a service that goes beyond generic solutions and decided to create one.
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Communications Agent to support outreach initiatives, customer engagement activities, and promotional campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and representing the organization in a professional, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support customer engagement and outreach initiatives.
- Provide information about company products and services.
- Assist with promotional campaigns and community outreach activities.
- Build positive relationships with customers and visitors.
- Distribute promotional materials during outreach initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback to support campaign improvements.
- Maintain organized records of outreach activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives.
- Represent the company professionally during promotional activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability.
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
