Your Impact Voluspa is seeking a passionate Junior Graphic Designer to bring to life the Voluspa brand through creative execution. This key role will integrate all branding elements to create a cohesive brand aesthetic for global consistency. This role will be focused on brand design and producing standout creative for various needs across multiple channels including, but not limited to; campaign launches, print/collateral, merchandising and various global/multi-channel projects. This position will report to the Art Director and will work closely with all departments to produce creative assets for strategic implementation. Your Focus Work collaboratively and constructively on all creative projects, to support and service company departments including, Brand, Marketing, Digital, etc. This is inclusive of social/email, merchandising, ads, education materials, presentations, signage, etc. Execute cohesive designs that align with Voluspa brand standards and overall objectives. Maintain global brand guidelines to achieve consistency and best-in-class assets throughout all branding efforts with each channel and country. Collaborate with the Art Director and Brand Team on creative ideation for launches and marketing campaigns. Execute workable elements like sketches, graphics and illustrations. Assist in developing creative launch decks to present to key stakeholders. Create best-in-class graphics to support go-to-market strategies for all new launches and core, used across multiple channels including video, print and digital. Have a keen eye for design details and outside-the-box creative ideation. Contribute to fresh and new concepts for print collateral, education materials and other marketing touch points. File preparation in print and digital needed to deliver final assets into the production environment. Assist in retouching + processing web photography in all required image formats. Education Job Requirements BA in a design, creative or related field OR relevant work experience/portfolio work 1+ years’ work experience in Graphic Design, preferably in CPG/luxury brand experience A well-rounded portfolio that highlights design, concepting, marketing branding and identity Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite - primarily AI, PSD, InDesign Thorough understanding of typographical principles, layout and current digital design best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including going the extra mile in order to achieve deadlines and/or meet changing needs Unrivaled attentive eye for quality and detail Impeccable file management and organizational skills Proactive and positive team member, problem solver and excellent communicator Flexible with time-sensitive changes when required and takes feedback on creative design well Strong work ethic, reliable and flexible to different area(s) needs Desire to learn new things and evolve in order to keep in tune to current trends in the beauty, lifestyle, interior design, retailing, social media and general CPG aesthetics Knowledge of the prepress and print process in order to proactively propose alternatives to future collateral. Must be able to set up print-ready files with proper bleeds, crops, color call outs, etc. Basic video animation/video editing in PremierePro or AfterEffects is a plus.
