Junior Bookkeeper

Junior Bookkeeper needed for a bookkeeping service company located in Irvine, CA. Temporary to Hire position paying $25-30/hr , depending on experience. Hours are flexible, starting between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM, Monday - Friday , with 8-hour days. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision.
This company provides bookkeeping services for companies throughout the United States. They are not a CPA; they are more of an outsourced accounting department. Individuals will be assigned clients to manage their entire bookkeeping.
Bookkeeping duties will include bank and credit card reconciliations, and coding and matching transactions in the bank feed of QuickBooks. Will also provide financial statements, profit and loss statements and balance sheets to their clients. Qualifications:

- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- A degree is a plus, not a must.
- MS Office skills
- Familiar with the chart of accounts.
