About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic and visionary leadership. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving the organization's strategic direction, expanding its visibility and access, ensuring financial sustainability, and fostering a thriving team and culture. This role is pivotal in leading the organization through a transition period, maintaining operational stability, and aligning teams. The CEO will also be responsible for community engagement, acting as the key spokesperson, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Financial growth and sustainability are key, with a focus on diversifying revenue and maintaining a strong fiscal position. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 8 years of executive-level leadership experience in a nonprofit setting. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in fund development, financial oversight, and engaging with diverse stakeholders. The role requires a leader who can guide the organization through change, scale operations, and drive long-term growth. Experience in direct services is also preferred. The CEO will be expected to lead and develop a high-performing team, and to ensure that the organization's services are of the highest quality and aligned with its mission.
