Summary BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment) Rate is based on years of related experience BHT assignments available throughout Montgomery County, PA areas Urgent Needs Boyertown, PA: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 3:45pm-5:45pm (flexible with start times) Dresher, PA: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday for 2 hour sessions between 4pm and 8pm 3x a week Gilbertsville, PA: Monday, Wednesday 4pm-6:30pm Horsham, PA: Wednesday 4pm-6pm Lansdale, PA: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:30pm-6:30pm Perks of Working in Intensive Behavioral Health Services System Excellent experience after graduation to start a career making a difference every day working with individuals with special needs! Primary Responsibilities Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent Education / Experience High School Diploma or equivalency Experience working with children - preferred Credentials (Clearances current within 12 months) PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Human Services FBI TB Screening (current within 3 months) Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts Paid clearances & TB screening!
