Work Environment\n

This role is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while serving clients through a virtual platform. Our outpatient office setting provides a collaborative atmosphere where therapists engage in real-time interactions with clients and colleagues. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., promoting work-life balance while fulfilling your professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring precise diagnosis and effective treatment planning.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's specific needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices while providing ongoing support throughout the therapeutic process.

• Monitor and document client progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and strategies in collaboration with the broader care team, including psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements related to mood disorders and therapeutic methodologies to enhance client treatment outcomes.

• Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities, contributing to a richer clinical environment.

• Champion client advocacy efforts aimed at reducing mental health stigma and addressing the diverse needs of those seeking assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families experiencing various relationship challenges, emotional distress, and mood disorders. You will support clients undergoing transitions, including divorce or separation, and help them restore emotional balance and well-being. Your therapeutic approach will be critical in fostering trust and deepening the therapeutic alliance, ultimately leading to improved mental health outcomes.
