Salary and Benefits

• Salary : $195,624 – $293,295 annually
• Sign‑on Bonus : Up to $10,000
• Eligible for Student Loan Repayment : Up to $110,000

Responsibilities

• 3 days of administrative leadership and 2 days of clinical care per week
• Maintain a personal patient panel (all ages, outpatient)
• Supervise and mentor physicians, mid‑levels, and clinical staff
• Lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives
