About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of building fairer, more resilient global supply chains. The successful candidate will be a proven organizational builder and people leader with a strong background in P&L and commercial leadership. The CEO will be responsible for leading the organization in strengthening its consumer movement, building relationships with consumers, and ensuring that growth reinforces the integrity and measurable impact of the company's mission. Key competencies for the role include strategic judgment, business acumen, organizational building, people development, and a track record in consumer brand or demand generation. The role requires a leader who is a lifelong learner, driven by purpose, and capable of fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Strong financial acumen, P&L ownership, and experience in consumer brand or marketing leadership are essential.
