Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality medical and psychiatric care to individuals in our mental health and/or substance abuse treatment facility. The RN will be responsible for monitoring client health, administering medications, collaborating with the treatment team, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for recovery.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care, including health assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of client conditions.Conduct initial and ongoing medical assessments to identify health concerns and coordinate treatment plans.Monitor withdrawal symptoms and provide appropriate interventions for clients in detoxification programs (if applicable).Educate clients and families about medications, treatment plans, and overall health and wellness.Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies, providing appropriate care and intervention.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.Ensure infection control procedures and facility safety standards are followed.Support a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach to care.Qualifications:Current and valid RN license in the State of Ohio (required).Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).Experience in mental health, substance abuse, or behavioral health settings preferred.Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and medication management skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.CPR and First Aid certification.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in detoxification, psychiatric nursing, or residential treatment settings.Knowledge of state and federal regulations for behavioral health treatment.Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hourWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
