About the Role Surya Spa is seeking a confident, intuitive, and business‑savvy Spa Director to lead a luxury Ayurvedic healing center located within a prestigious branded hotel. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of spa operations, ensuring a seamless, elevated, and deeply restorative guest experience. Cultivate a culture rooted in care, presence, and heart‑centered service—where healing, warmth, and connection are palpable. Inspire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of therapists, healers, and support staff. Collaborate with hotel leadership and creative partners to evolve programming, offerings, and guest journeys. Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, service optimization, and thoughtful upselling. Maintain a strong grasp of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and cost control. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environments. Experience working within or alongside hotel operations strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and team performance. Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and treatments is desirable.
