About the Position The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for daily monitoring of the work order software system, following procedures for entering, assigning, and documenting all notes, services, supplies, and labor and ensuring timely completion. They provide daily supervision and delegation of assignments to maintenance technicians, participate in hiring, discipline and termination of maintenance staff, and perform or delegate regular preventative maintenance tasks such as replacing air filters, inspecting for plumbing leaks, replacing caulking in bathrooms, replacing ceiling tile grout, and painting as needed. Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day) What You’ll Make $4,833 to $6,000 per month, DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% language differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates. What You’ll Need Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing oversight of general maintenance and landscaping (required) General knowledge of construction, property maintenance, local, state, and federal regulations and safety procedures Two (2) years of supervisory experience leading a cohesive team environment Valid driver’s license; must maintain a safe driving record and be able to pass a DHS criminal background check Physical Requirements Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, kneel, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, climb stairs and ladders, operate various tools and machinery, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and maneuver bulky objects. Occasionally sit, talk, listen, and crawl. Must complete crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings.
