Job Details Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, with a primary focus on personal injury cases. Represent clients in court, arguing motions, attending trial, and negotiating settlements. Conduct legal research and analysis, prepare legal documents, and advise clients on their legal rights. Develop and implement strategies to resolve cases efficiently and favorably for our clients. Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure all case files, documentation, and reports are accurate and up-to-date. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics at all times. Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of changes in law and legal practice. Provide legal counsel to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their understanding of complex legal issues and proceedings. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong track record in civil litigation and personal injury law. Admitted to the Florida state bar and in good standing. Proven experience in representing clients in trial. Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficient in drafting legal documents and correspondence. Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to provide legal counsel to Spanish-speaking clients. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
