About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating stations and projects, as well as updating layouts. Candidates should hold a degree in Industrial Engineering and have a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and 3D simulation software is also required.

Summary :

• Research and investigate the design, functionality and maintenance of mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes.
\n
• Have the ability to make engineering drawings and read and interpret blueprints.
\n
• The technical skills include the ability to make sketches and engineering drawings and have experience using computer applications related to the engineering field.
\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Study time, motion, methods, and speed involved in maintenance, production, and other operations to establish standard production rate and improve efficiency.
\n
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
\n
• Read worker logs, product processing sheets, and specification sheets, to verify that records adhere to quality assurance specifications.
\n
• Aid in planning work assignments in accordance with worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays.
\n
• Prepare charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization.
\n
• Observe workers using equipment to verify that equipment is being operated and maintained according to quality assurance standards.
\n
• Observe workers operating equipment or performing tasks to determine time involved and fatigue rate using timing devices.
\n
• Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards ?

Qualifications

• Education/Experience bachelor’s degree in engineering required 5-7 year’s experience required
\n
• Responsibility level Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor
\n

• Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations (Typically required).

• Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) (Typically required)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and 3D simulation software is also required.
