Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS/Rare Disease - Central U.S. (Remote)

Senior Clinical Research Associate role supporting CNS and rare disease studies across central U.S. sites. Manages site activities from initiation through closeout, including regulatory compliance, data quality, and safety reporting. Remote position with required regional travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities and compliance at assigned clinical trial sites
- Conduct site initiation visits and oversee study startup activities including regulatory documentation and contract negotiation
- Train sites on data collection procedures and coordinate reporting of safety events
- Monitor site performance and data quality during study maintenance phases
- Close out research activities at sites upon study completion
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- 4-year university degree or nursing degree
- CNS/neurology and rare disease experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
- Residence in Central United States with willingness to travel regionally
Compensation: $97,000.00 - $193,000.00 annually
