Test Associate

Tester Position: Production Line Test Technician located at the Raytheon Dine Facility in Farmington, NM. The role requires on‑site work and U.S. citizenship. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and troubleshoot test equipment to perform operational checkout tests, functional tests, and quality acceptance of production assemblies, subassemblies, and weapon systems. Monitor the production line and related equipment for proper functionality and halt production when test failures or malfunctions are detected until the issue is resolved. Record equipment data and prepare operational and quality assurance documentation, summarizing the condition of tested assemblies. Investigate and resolve malfunctions such as electronic or electromechanical failures, hydraulic or pneumatic leaks, and out‑of‑control conditions by using system diagnostics and special test equipment. Instruct and assist others in isolating and correcting malfunctions as required. Assist in directing work, assigning tasks, and outlining procedures when necessary. Act as a production operator when test work is slow. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. U.S. citizenship is required. Valid state driver’s license (preferred). Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Windows 95 or newer, and database/test software. Analytical, interactive, and computer literacy skills. Ability to understand and follow written instructions. Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and accomplish common goals. Customer‑focused, well organized, and capable of multitasking.
