You'll be an essential part of keeping multiple teams here running and going above and beyond for our customers! What you'll Get to do Hands‑on support of the parts teams with customer interactions, phone calls, email requests. Review inventory and determine items that should be sold off and research current values. Generate listings that include thorough descriptions, technical details, and quality images. Utilize e‑commerce opportunities to help supply customers with the parts and services we can offer them. Complete point‑of‑sale transactions at counters in multiple groups as needed. Coordinate shipments and pickups for sold orders as needed. About You You have experience in customer service, coordination, and being in a team. You’re organized, customer‑focused, and service‑driven with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people. You take pride in doing meaningful work, but don’t take yourself too seriously. You have great attention to detail, can work as part of a team, and can prioritize. Even Better, But Not Required You have prior experience with equipment diagrams, online sales, or content creation. Experience with inventory management.
