Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to travel between different worksites as assigned
• Proactive, flexible, and compassionate approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students according to IEP requirements
• Complete assessments, attend meetings, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and implement intervention plans to support educational goals
• Provide consultation and education to staff and families regarding therapeutic techniques
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district policies
