Technical Sourcer

Proactively identifying and engaging exceptional technical talent, the full-time remote Technical Sourcer will focus on building pipelines for Adobe Experience Cloud and emerging AI technologies while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Develop sourcing strategies for specialized Adobe Experience Cloud and AI consulting roles Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter Execute personalized outreach campaigns and conduct initial qualification conversations with prospective candidates Required Qualifications 2+ years of technical sourcing experience within consulting, technology, or digital transformation organizations Demonstrated success in sourcing highly specialized technical talent Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques Experience in identifying and engaging passive candidates Ability to manage multiple concurrent sourcing initiatives effectively
