All Local projects in the WPB area! medical Dental Vision 401K with match progressive Leadership Top Notch Culture Steady backlog of projects ranging from 5-80M Job Details The Project Manager will oversee luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing custom homes valued at $3M+ and understands the level of quality, communication, and attention to detail expected in the luxury residential market. Responsibilities Manage all phases of high-end custom home construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to homeowners and stakeholders. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, and change orders. Oversee procurement of long-lead materials and specialty finishes. Ensure workmanship meets luxury residential quality standards. Manage project financials, including forecast, billing, and budget tracking. Maintain jobsite safety and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in luxury residential construction. Experience managing custom homes, estates, or high-end residential renovations. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, schedules, and budgeting. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents. Experience managing client expectations in a luxury, highly customized environment. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Preferred Experience Custom homes valued at $3M-$20M+. Knowledge of high-end finishes, millwork, stone, custom cabinetry, and specialty materials. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
