Facility Manager

Partnering closely with the Senior Facilities Manager, the full-time remote Assistant Facility Manager will oversee daily operations, work order management, and vendor coordination while ensuring a safe and efficient workplace environment. Key responsibilities Manage daily work order activities and ensure timely communication with customers and vendors Conduct routine site inspections to uphold standards in building services and operational compliance Support budget tracking and cost savings initiatives while fostering strong client relationships Required qualifications 3+ years of facilities management experience in a corporate or commercial environment Proven ability to manage work orders, vendors, and preventive maintenance programs Strong client relationship management skills with effective communication across stakeholders Familiarity with building systems and facilities operations practices Experience with CMMS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
