Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Employment and Labor Law Attorney in Omaha, NE. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed in Nebraska. 8+ years of experience in employment and labor law (employer-side preferred). Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice. Sound judgment and confidence in decision-making. A collaborative mindset and willingness to engage across teams. Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong commitment to client service. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Tech-comfortable and willing to learn new systems and processes. Education J.D. from an accredited law school.
